Shipping & Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
- Once shipped, delivery times vary:
- U.S. Orders: 2-5 business days (Standard Shipping)
- Canada Orders: 5-10 business days
Shipping Rates
- We offer flat-rate shipping and free U.S. shipping on orders over $100.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
International Shipping
- We currently ship to Canada
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
Tracking Your Order
- You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- If you don’t receive tracking, check your spam folder or contact us at somuchgoodtallow@gmail.com.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages.
- If your package is marked as delivered but missing, check with your local post office first.
- If a package arrives damaged, contact us at somuchgoodtallow@gmail.com with photos.
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out, and we’ll make it right!
Preorders & Shipping
- If your order contains both a preorder item and an in-stock item, your entire order will ship when the preorder item is available.
- If you want in-stock items shipped immediately, please place separate orders for in-stock and preorder items.
