Shipping & Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
  • Once shipped, delivery times vary:
    • U.S. Orders: 2-5 business days (Standard Shipping)
    • Canada Orders: 5-10 business days

Shipping Rates

  • We offer flat-rate shipping and free U.S. shipping on orders over $100.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to Canada 
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
  • If you don’t receive tracking, check your spam folder or contact us at somuchgoodtallow@gmail.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but missing, check with your local post office first.
  • If a package arrives damaged, contact us at somuchgoodtallow@gmail.com with photos.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out, and we’ll make it right!

Preorders & Shipping

  • If your order contains both a preorder item and an in-stock item, your entire order will ship when the preorder item is available.
  • If you want in-stock items shipped immediately, please place separate orders for in-stock and preorder items.
